Position Summary:

LindFast Solutions Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on VAS Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across the organization’s multi-site Value Added Services (VAS) operations. This role will establish consistent operating practices, productivity expectations, quality controls, equipment standards, and facility layouts across all VAS locations.   • Travel regularly to LSG facilities to observe operations, coach teams, validate standards, and support implementation

What We’re Looking For

Job Description: Customer Quality Coordinator

Location:

Flexible within the LindFast Solutions Group footprint, with preference of Blaine, MN; Elgin, IL; Greer, SC; or Strongsville, OH.
Position Summary:

The Customer Quality Coordinator serves as the primary quality liaison between LindFast Solutions Group and our customers. This position coordinates customer quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer-specific quality, regulatory, and product approval requirements are met from supplier qualification through production. The role owns customer PPAP submissions, supplier PPAP coordination, IMDS administration, engineering change quality activities, customer documentation requests, supplier corrective action requests, and customer quality portals while partnering with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Sales, and the Quality Management System team.
What You’ll Do:

As the Customer Quality Coordinator, you will:
Customer PPAP Management:

• Workflow & Production Planning • Coordinate all customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, both manufacturer and distributor level.
• Review customer PPAP requirements and communicate expectations to internal teams and suppliers.
• Assemble, validate, and submit complete PPAP packages.
• Track PPAP approvals, annual validations, and customer-specific requirements.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes requiring PPAP approval
Customer Quality Support:

• Serve as the primary customer contact for quality documentation requests.
• Coordinate IMDS submissions and resolve customer IMDS rejections.
• Provide Certificates of Conformance, Material Certifications, Test Reports, Inspection Reports, and regulatory documentation including RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals.
• Support customer audits and maintain customer quality portals.
• Support the supplier corrective action request process, coordinating with internal teams while providing consistent communication to customers, providing successful resolve to requests.
• Other customer quality driven support activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer quality, supplier quality, PPAP coordination, or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with IMDS, engineering drawings, and customer quality and compliance systems preferred.
