LindFast Solutions Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on VAS Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across the organization’s multi-site Value Added Services (VAS) operations. • Provide Certificates of Conformance, Material Certifications, Test Reports, Inspection Reports, and regulatory documentation including RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals.
• Support customer audits and maintain customer quality portals.
• Support the supplier corrective action request process, coordinating with internal teams while providing consistent communication to customers, providing successful resolve to requests.
• Other customer quality driven support activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer quality, supplier quality, PPAP coordination, or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with IMDS, engineering drawings, and customer quality and compliance systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/Quality Management Systems.
