Position Summary:

LindFast Solutions Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on VAS Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across the organization’s multi-site Value Added Services (VAS) operations. This role will establish consistent operating practices, productivity expectations, quality controls, equipment standards, and facility layouts across all VAS locations. The VAS Operations Manager will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with approved quality work instructions and customer-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position plays a critical role in building One LSG VAS organization, improving operational consistency, strengthening quality, increasing throughput, and developing a scalable operating model that supports customer commitments and profitable growth.

As the VAS Operations Manager, you will:

  • Provide multisite leadership, direction, and operational support to VAS teams across multiple LSG facilities to align priorities, staffing, capacity, equipment, and execution. 
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, urgency, high quality standards, and a One LSG operating culture across the VAS network
  • Travel regularly to LSG facilities to observe operations, coach teams, validate standards, and support implementation
  • Coach and develop site-level VAS leaders and frontline teams in daily management, problem solving, standard work, quality, and operational discipline, building future leaders who can support the continued growth of the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred; or equivalent operational leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in operations, manufacturing, distribution, or value-added services
  • Strong knowledge of lean operations, process improvement, capacity planning, labor utilization, quality controls, 5S, and root-cause problem solving
  • Ability to read and interpret customer specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Proficiency with Excel, ERP/WMS systems, performance dashboards, and floor-layout or process-mapping tools
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between LSG facilities

• Support the supplier corrective action request process, coordinating with internal teams while providing consistent communication to customers, providing successful resolve to requests.
• Other customer quality driven support activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer quality, supplier quality, PPAP coordination, or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with IMDS, engineering drawings, and customer quality and compliance systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/Quality Management Systems.
