Blaine, MN – Lindfast Solutions Group, a leader in the fastener distribution industry, is proud to announce its expanded commitment to assisting customers with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requests across our brands (Stelfast, Star Stainless, Lindstrom, Big Bolt, Hi-Q, Solution Industries). When customers request a PPAP, whether for new, existing, or modified parts, Lindfast Solutions Group seamlessly plans and executes the necessary activities following strict adherence to established guidelines throughout all stages of processing. By default, the company provides Level III PPAPs, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
The finished PPAP package offers objective evidence and verification that the parts meet all conformance criteria and that the processes involved in their production are robust and consistent with established requirements. Customers will receive the requested PPAP package at the time of order shipment unless alternative arrangements have been made.

LindFast Solutions Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on VAS Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across the organization’s multi-site Value Added Services (VAS) operations.   • Travel regularly to LSG facilities to observe operations, coach teams, validate standards, and support implementation

What We’re Looking For

• Support the supplier corrective action request process, coordinating with internal teams while providing consistent communication to customers, providing successful resolve to requests.
• Other customer quality driven support activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer quality, supplier quality, PPAP coordination, or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with IMDS, engineering drawings, and customer quality and compliance systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/Quality Management Systems.
