Lindfast Solutions Group (LSG) is excited to announce that Jerad Tuxen has joined the organization as Senior Director, Value-Add Services.

Jerad joins LSG with more than 25 years of leadership experience, including the last 15 years leading the Industrial Services division at Fastenal, where he led a team of 450+ associates across sales and operations.

Known for his ability to align sales, marketing, and operations, Jerad has built and scaled high-performing teams while delivering strong growth, improved customer outcomes, and operational excellence. In his new role, Jerad has been brought on to standardize and expand LSG’s value-add services offering, including the launch and development of LSG Packaging.
