LindFast Solutions Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on VAS Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across the organization’s multi-site Value Added Services (VAS) operations. • 3+ years of experience in customer quality, supplier quality, PPAP coordination, or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with IMDS, engineering drawings, and customer quality and compliance systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/Quality Management Systems.
