Lindfast Solutions Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryan Wheeler to Vice President, Sales Operations for LSG.

Bryan brings more than a decade of proven leadership to this role, most recently serving as Sales Director at Star Stainless Screw Company. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and a steadfast commitment to advancing the business through collaboration and innovation.

In his expanded role, Bryan will lead the continued development of our commercial infrastructure and sales operations strategy across North America. He will report directly to Steve Dean, Chief Commercial Officer. Bryan’s leadership will be instrumental as we drive growth, elevate the customer experience, and strengthen cross-brand collaboration across the organization.

Beyond his operational achievements, Bryan has also made meaningful contributions to the broader fastener industry through his active involvement with Associations and especially the Young Fastener Professionals (YFP) organization, where he has helped mentor and develop emerging talent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer quality, supplier quality, PPAP coordination, or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with IMDS, engineering drawings, and customer quality and compliance systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/Quality Management Systems.
