LindFast Solutions Group (“LSG”), a Nautic Partners portfolio company, today announced the successful closing of its acquisition of AZ Wire & Cable (“AZ”), a MFG Partners company. With the transaction now complete, AZ officially joins the LSG family of companies, creating a significantly expanded platform positioned to accelerate enterprise value creation across the industrial distribution landscape.
The closing marks a major milestone in LSG’s strategic growth plan, bringing together two highly complementary businesses with strong reputations for service, technical expertise, and customer partnership.
