LindFast Solutions Group acquires Star Stainless Screw

LindFast Solutions Group (LSG), a leading master distributor of specialty fasteners in North America, today announced the completion of its purchase of Star Stainless Screw Company (Star). Jefferies Group LLC acted as Star’s exclusive financial advisor. Together LSG and Star will be even more effective at meeting the needs of their diverse customer base, ranging from stainless to inch, to metric, to value-added services, and more.

LindFast Solutions Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on VAS Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across the organization’s multi-site Value Added Services (VAS) operations.   • Provide multisite leadership, direction, and operational support to VAS teams across multiple LSG facilities to align priorities, staffing, capacity, equipment, and execution.

  • Travel regularly to LSG facilities to observe operations, coach teams, validate standards, and support implementation

What We’re Looking For
