We are thrilled to announce that Rosa E. Hearn has joined LindFast Solutions Group as our new Vice President of Marketing, effective immediately. Rosa will
report directly to Steven Dean, Chief Commercial Officer.

Rosa’s journey is one defined by passion, innovation, and a deep commitment to elevating those around her. She brings over 20 years of experience leading marketing,
sales, and brand strategy initiatives within the industrial distribution and manufacturing sectors. Her track record includes driving market expansion, accelerating revenue growth, and developing cohesive global marketing strategies across North America, Latin America, and Asia.

Prior to joining LSG, Rosa served as Head of Global Marketing and Director of Sales (Mexico) at Brighton-Best International, where she oversaw multi-channel marketing
campaigns, spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, and built high-performing teams that delivered measurable growth. Her leadership extended to managing supplier relationships, strengthening channel partnerships, and executing brand unification strategies across multiple product lines.

Rosa is a recognized industry leader and active advocate for professional development within the fastener and industrial community. She has served as Chairwoman &
President of Women in the Fastener Industry (WIFI) and Chairwoman of the Fastener Industry Coalition (FIC), among other leadership roles. Her contributions have earned her numerous awards, including the 2023 Top 50 Latinas Award by the Association for Latino Professionals of America and the Extraordinary Latina Award (2022) by United Latinas.

She also holds certifications as a Certified Fastener Specialist and Certified Product Marketer, along with an Accounting Degree from El Dorado College.
