Heather joins LSG with nearly three decades of experience in the global fastener industry, having spent 28 years at Anixter/Optimas. Throughout her career, Heather has earned a reputation for scaling teams, transforming systems, and delivering measurable results across complex distribution networks. She began her career in accounting and finance, advancing through controllership and inventory roles before moving into operations leadership. This unique background gives her an end-to-end perspective on how finance, systems, and execution work together to achieve operational excellence.

At Anixter/Optimas, Heather led initiatives that streamlined supply chain processes, optimized inventory management, and implemented technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience. Her ability to drive continuous improvement and unlock new revenue streams has made her a respected leader in the industry.
