Our Story
Lindfast Solutions Group is a master distributor of specialty fasteners in the North American market serving a broad base of national, regional, and local distribution customers through its metric (Lindstrom) and imperial (Stelfast) product brands.
As a master distributor, LindFast provides an important link in the fastener supply chain by offering a deep inventory as a “virtual warehouse” of approximately 130,000 low volume, slow moving SKUs that distribution customers need quickly but are non-economical to inventory and source ourselves. These SKUs represent high‐touch, specialty products that can be difficult to source due to their unique length, diameter, thread pitch, metal choice, or finish.
In addition to our unique product offering and virtual warehouse services, LindFast provides our distribution customers a range of value‐added services such as break bulk, packaging, kitting, plating, coating, and guaranteed stock programs, among others.Lindstrom, LLC.By the 1990’s, Lindstrom secured its reputation as an expert source in the fastener industry. The company spread its footprint by making acquisitions and opening new locations across the country. As it continued to expand, the company faced a choice: continue to sell to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), or focus exclusively on distributors.
By choosing to sell exclusively to distributors, Lindstrom was able to build a series of strong, long-lasting customer relationships with distributors across the world. These relationships are what have made Lindstrom a leading master distributor today.

Our company began in its operations in 1972 as a small and progressive manufacturer of industrial gears and screw machine products. Originally known as Eses Limited, Stelfast did not sell its first quarter keg of nuts until 1974. Seeing the need in the market for a reliable and quality oriented fastener company, Stelfast incorporated in 1976 and established operations in Cleveland, Ohio USA and Toronto, Ontario Canada. Today, Stelfast Inc. is a leading importer; stocking master distributor of fasteners and specialty parts from Asia, Europe, and South America (from standard commercial items to special parts per print); and manufacturer of truck and specialty fasteners.
With a knowledgeable and dedicated team of employees, Stelfast has expanded to ten regional distribution centers across North America. We offer over 12,000 SKU's of fastener products direct from stock, including many lines of bolts, cap screws, nuts, screws, and washers in variety of finishes. We offer per print, specials, and standards direct from mill, cross dock, or stock and release.
